These Terms of Use apply to the use of the iOS app "Gridflow – Logic Puzzles" (the "App"), developed and operated by Tobias Hötzel, Sennestraße 14, 44143 Dortmund, Germany (the "Provider").
Gridflow is a logic puzzle app for iOS. The App provides new puzzles daily across four difficulty levels. The free version includes:
For a one-time purchase price (no subscription), the App can be permanently extended with the following features:
The purchase is processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms of Use. Purchases are transferable to all devices using the same Apple ID (Restore Purchases function available).
The Provider grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on their own Apple devices in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Use. The App or parts thereof may not be copied, modified, decompiled, or otherwise used without permission.
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the App available. Since Gridflow works fully offline, usage does not depend on the Provider's server infrastructure. Daily puzzles are bundled with the App and require no internet connection.
The Provider is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The Provider is not liable for the loss of game progress caused by device change, app deletion, or iOS updates.
The Provider reserves the right to update these Terms of Use in the event of substantial changes to the App or legal requirements. The current version is available at gridflow-67g.pages.dev/en/terms.
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Dortmund, to the extent permitted by law.
